PENGEMBANGAN HUKUM PERUSAHAAN MODAL VENTURA DAN PERUSAHAAN RINTISAN DIGITAL

Abstract
Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia sedang meningkat pesat. Perusahaan rintisan digital bermunculan, sebagian menjadi raksasa perusahaan teknologi dan dijadikan rujukan regional dan internasional. Namun ada satu elemen yang banyak terlupakan dalam pembangunan ekosistem perusahaan rintisan digital ini. Perusaan Modal Ventura (PMV) sebagai satu elemen kunci perlu mendapatkan perhatian besar. Tanpa PMV ini, pertumbuhan ekonomi digital Indonesia sulit bisa dimaksimalkan. Tulisan ini akan membahas posisi hukum PMV saat ini dan rekomendasi pembaharuannya di masa depan. Berkaitan dengan stimulasi peningkatan jumlah PMV yang terdaftar di otoritas, norma penyertaan dan permodalan, insentif pajak, termasuk memilih pasangan usaha (perusahaan rintisan digital) ini perlu terus dikembangkan. Apa dan bagaimana sejarahnya hukum PMV di Indonesia juga dibahas dalam tulisan ini.
